Nice location, clean, comfortable beds. Layout isn't ideal for a group hanging out together. Negative: 1. Read the fine print carefully about the number of people and number of bedrooms available. There were four of us and since it was advertised as a 4 bedroom place, I assumed we would have all of them. In fact, one was locked when we arrived. I called the agency and she explained the policy of cost per room in those details. She agreed to talk to the owner and let us use the extra room and I appreciated her help and flexibility a lot. But I think it needs to be clearer on the posting. 2. We are a group of four friends who enjoy hanging out together and this space doesn't really have adequate living room space for sitting together in that way. There are a couple of small couches but not a place you want to spend the evening. 3, Comfortable beds. Lots of stairs so not great for anyone elderly.

This property was sold to us under false pretences. Facilities were advertised that didn’t actually exist. Had we been m Positive: Central location. Main bedroom was lovely. Negative: All 3 basement rooms are very small and I claustrophobic. Bathroom in basement is damp and has lots of black mould.

Fantastic find! Positive: Location was amazing. Everything in easy walking distance. We had a room and a bathroom each … brilliant. Facilities were excellent. Negative: If I was being picky, it was a bit tired looking. Could do with a lick of paint/ freshen up.

Positive: Great location. Very clean. Very well equipped. Very comfortable. I would definitely recommend. Negative: As we knew in advance, 3 bedrooms were in the basement. All were very clean but due to the fact that there was extremely hot weather during our stay it was uncomfortable not to be able to open windows. However, everything possible was done to solve this as fans were provided in each room.

Excellent location. You can walk everywhere in Bath. Clean unit. The parking is a little far (5 minute walk), but you don’t really need a car in Bath. We parked the car and didn’t go get it again until we left. And in that area, it seems like we were lucky to have a parking space.
